About Dr Kwon
Dr. Richard Kwon graduated from James Cook University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He has worked in both public and private dental clinics within the cities of Queensland and Tasmania before coming back to his hometown Sydney to work at Epping Beyond Dental & Implant Studio.
Dr. Richard is a highly enthusiastic and determined individual with strong interests in all aspects of general dentistry – especially oral surgery, endodontic treatment, and cosmetic dentistry (veneers, crowns and teeth whitening). He would like to further hone his skills by attending continuing professional development courses which focuses on Invisalign, surgical extractions and implants.
He has chosen dentistry as a career pathway due to his strong passion to serve others and improve oral health within a community. This passion was built from his years of volunteering at Vinnies Australia, Allowah Children’s Hospital, and Myungsung Presbyterian Church of Sydney, where he assisted with oral hygiene advise sessions.
